"Sometimes he throws things"

Jo's in for a shock, there's something Sarah wants to tell her.

Sarah's in for a surprise - Jo doesn't understand.

Through all the workshop processes we aim to:

* Raise awareness of the issues arounf violence against women

* Challenge collusion of male violence against women

* Explore power and self esteem issues

* Promote a non woman blaming approach

* Offer practical advice and develop group-led strategies for supporting women who experience violence

All the workshops are guided by two actor/facilitators experienced in delivering participatory drama work. The workshops can be run as a 90 minute participatory programme or as a shorter session. The average cost is £250.00

Drama Workshops specifically intended for black women's groups

As a result of community need we have developed workshops exploring additional issues for black women experiencing violence.
